Apple Cider Vinegar & Arthritis Sufferers

I found this natural treatment for arthritis @ The Elemental Miracle and @ Earth Clinic and thought in sharing it because it can help Arthritis Sufferers.

Natural Treatment For Arthritis Using Apple Cider Vinegar

Apple cider vinegar has always been relied on as an arthritis remedy. Two tablespoons seems to be the general tonic. I always put a tsp. of baking soda with mine. Once it’s finished foaming up ( 30 seconds) mix with a third of a glass of water, and drink. Some people with arthritis mix two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, with a teaspoon of cayenne pepper for arthritis inflammation. Another arthritis remedy I know of using ACV, is to measure 2 parts apple cider vinegar and 1 part honey into a jar. Stand the jar in a saucepan of hot water (not boiling) and stir until blended.

They say to take one tablespoon first thing in the morning, and that’s it. They also say to wait at least thirty minutes before consuming any food. I personally don’t know why someone would consume such a small amount of ACV as I’ve been taking it three times a day for years, but I don’t take it for arthritis. In any case I have heard of many people who swear by a few tablespoons at a time for their arthritis pain. The baking soda does wonders for keeping it from hurting your teeth, or you can drink it through a straw.

Myself I’ve been adding  1/4 of a tsp of organic sea salt to 1 of the 3 glasses of  the mix – apple cider vinegar, baking soda and water – and warming up the water. I’ve noticed that works the best this way. *Warning! At the same time you must not overdo on salt. Always make sure you drink enough water to wash out the excess of salt.

My last experiment is with honey instead of baking soda and it works very well too and I like it better.
